We will send you an email confirmation regarding the status of your order. If you have not received your email confirmation be sure to check your junk or spam folder. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your Blue Sky Scrubs account.

We ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed prior to 11am CST will ship the same day, otherwise it will ship the following business day. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday only, and weekend delivery is not available at this time.

Please contact our sales staff or email to explain the insufficiency. We offer free shipping on all returns & exchanges. Items must be returned within 7 business days of courier delivery. Returned items must be in brand new condition without having been worn or washed to be accepted.

All custom items take 3-5 weeks to be specially made by our manufacturer. You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
